How long does it take to process my withdrawal?

Client generally will receive the funds within 2 hours upon withdrawal request, however all withdrawal requests will be processed by our Back Office Department between 09:00-16:00 (GMT+8) during working hours; withdrawal request during holiday will be processed on the upcoming working day.
